The Women’s Mafia Fashion Show was a huge success! We had over 500 or 600 people there, and gads of people waiting to get in upstairs (Thank you David Shapiro and you ladies). The models did an amazing job, the clothes look great, the Perry Gargano Jewelry shined and no one fell! (Well, almost, but that doesn’t count and its just because we had steps at the end of the runway so more people could see…)

Even backstage things went relatively smoothly with last minute fittings, hair, makeup etc. The models were ready over half an hour before showtime and then my friend and personal savior, stylist and photographer Nicole Marie Polec, was able to come and do my hair and last minute touch-ups. (It’s important to have a bouffant 3 inch ‘do when standing next to models, yes?)

I am going to share a few event and party photos now. The photographers are editing the show photos and video and I should be able to share that tomorrow!

You know you worked hard when your new (vintage) shoes fall apart at the end of the night!
